Shipping
We deliver to addresses inside the United Kingdom, including Northern Island, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. We use Royal Mail delivery or Parcel Force 24hr delivery, and as such, orders will usually arrive within two working days.

Payment can be made in Pounds sterling only.
Returns, Refunds and Distance Selling Regulations
We want you to enjoy and feel completely confident shopping with us; therefore we offer a no-quibble, money-back policy on all goods returned in a new, unused condition together with their original packaging within fourteen days of delivery.
Furthermore, under distance selling regulations, you are entitled to a seven-day ‘cooling off’ period within which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. This regulation is to give you the opportunity to examine the goods which you have purchased as you would have when buying in a shop.
We reserve the right not to accept returns of custom made items, such as hand-built wheels, custom made bicycles and custom built frames.

You will not be asked to provide a reason, and we will gladly refund your payment in full within 30 days via the same method in which it was originally made (please note, however, that postage costs will not be refunded).
When returning goods, we would recommend that you use recorded delivery, registered post or courier – unfortunately proof of post alone will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We respectfully ask that you wrap the product carefully to avoid damage, and please include your name, address, telephone number and a copy of your purchase receipt.
